Insurance and Fees

We are here for you and aim for transparency in our pricing.

Payment

We try to make payment as simple as possible. We charge at the time of the session and accept cash, check, or card. We do require that a credit/debit card is kept on file. We provide a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected costs. We also offer a sliding scale based on financial need.

  • Free 15 minute Consultations for new clients

  • Therapy and Parent Support: $180 / 45 minutes

  • Evaluations: $275/hour (usually takes 8-12 hours total)

Cancellation Policy

We ask that families interested in therapy and parent coaching initially commit to weekly therapy. You get your own consistent day and time. If you need to cancel a session, please do so 48+ hours before or the full session fee is charged.

Insurance

We are out of network for all insurance companies at this time. We are happy to work with you and provide you with a superbill to submit.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services, including psychological services.  You have the right to:

  • receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychological services.

  • ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800.935.3059.
