Play Therapy
Therapy is one way to support growth. It is playful, fosters connection, and helps develop emotion regulation and problem solving skills . We ground our therapy in attachment theory and we use Theraplay , Collaborative Problem Solving, sandtray, floortime techniques, play therapy, art, etc. Play is the way children communicate, learn, and grow and offers us a view into their world.
For preschoolers and early elementary children
(ages 3-10)
Parent Coaching
Parenting is the most important job! It is deeply personal and exposes the most vulnerable parts of us. We are not meant to do this alone. Our psychologist will guide you through the tough parts of parenting and empower you to be true to who you are as a parent. Parent coaching is neurodivergent-affirming and helps families navigate ADHD, autism, giftedness, and challenges with emotion regulation using attachment theory, problem solving, SPACE, and other frameworks.
Our goal is reduce the daily friction and restore connection in your home. Rather than focusing on behavioral compliance, our coaching equips you with concrete tools needed to support your child’s emotional regulation.
Evaluations
We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and developmental assessments. We specialize in clarifying complex developmental profiles, including:
Autism Spectrum Assessments, including PDA, or Pathological Demand Avoidance profiles
ADHD and Executive Functioning Evaluations, including RSD or rejection sensitivity dysphoria profiles
Giftedness /Twice-Exceptional (2e)
Psychoeducational Assessments, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia
Clarifying challenges with emotional regulation
Our goal is to shift the narrative from deficit to difference, highlighting your child’s innate strengths while identifying the support they need to thrive.
For children 18 months to 10 years old
