Being neurodivergent-affirming means we view autism, ADHD, and learning differences as natural variations of the human experience, not as deficits or illnesses to be cured. Our therapy, parent coaching, and evaluations do not focus on behavioral compliance or forcing children to blend into neurotypical expectations. Instead, we honor each child’s unique nervous system, celebrate their innate strengths, and help families adapt environments and communication styles to support their child.

Collective Growth Psychology is an out-of-network, private pay provider. This model allows us to provide highly individualized, neurodivergent-affirming care without the strict diagnostic constraints required by insurance companies. We provide detailed superbills (monthly statements) that families can submit to their health insurance providers for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We highly recommend calling your insurance company beforehand to verify your out-of-network behavioral/mental health benefits.
